In in exciting piece of news for all ECW fans, Joey Styles spoke out today on the future of archived ECW programmes on WWE Network. The update was posted on Twitter and stated the following:
I am happy to say @WWENetwork is currently working on uploading ALL of ECW Hardcore TV and ECW on TNN (National TV)! https://t.co/xn3vDyIfk0

Does this mean that ECW content will be our next upload focus once WCW Monday Nitro has been completed up to the end of 1999? Possibly and it definitely increases the likelihood. However, this statement is vague enough where it may mean that this effort is still in the early stages and could be months away from being ready. Of course, another positive to take from this statement is that it keeps hope alive for an unearthing of the missing initial episodes of Hardcore TV.
