After Legends with JBL featuring Ron Simmons aired on the WWE Network, an advertisement played showcasing what is still to come this season. The guests showcased were “The Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart, Michael “PS” Hayes, and Booker T.
The phrasing of this season means that this series is likely to last for some time, which is good news as it tends to be quite popular. Perhaps the most noteworthy parts of the preview included JBL pressing Jimmy Hart to discuss Vince Russo, Michael Hayes and JBL discussing a possible murder, and then most interestingly of all, JBL asking Booker T’s reaction to Hulk Hogan’s leaked interview that ultimately had him ejected from the company.
Needless to say, these are some controversial and potentially heavy topics. It looks like the show will definitely continue pushing JBL as the WWE Network’s Barbara Walters. Either way, we know of at least three more shows coming to the service. Add in the rumored Vince Russo one that WWE needs to clear and we could have plenty of controversy still to come.
