In what could be potentially big news if true, Mike Johnson of PWInsider appeared on today’s episode of The Taz Show and certainly raised some eyebrows when he stated that the WWE is actively pursuing more libraries!
It is important to stress that this is not confirmed in every way, however Mike Johnson revealed that a source has told him that not only is WWE actively pursuing more video libraries, but two international libraries in particular are looking to be acquired after Wrestlemania.
This will lead to a lot of speculation: Could it be World of Sport, finally? People have been clamoring for that for quite some time. Maybe something from Mexico? Plenty of options exist and with the WWE upping the rate at which they add content to their WWE Network service, it only makes sense they would want to continue to expand and purchase more.
