Every Friday, WWE Superstars is aired on the WWE Network, at 8pm UK time and 3PM EST. And while its not a must watch show on the Network, it is entertaining and good if you want to catch up on the major going on’s on RAW. Once again the commentary team is the duo of Tom Phillips and Corey Graves.
Match 1-Titus O’Neil Vs Curtis Axel
This week’s episode of WWE Superstars kicked off with “The Real Deal” Titus O’Neil going up against the recently rebooted Curtis Axel. The latter is continuing to gain the support of the WWE Universe. Maybe the chains are off after all?
These two had a good one. The match saw Titus continuing to trash talk his opponent, which is still entertaining and Axel continues to be getting the crowd on his side during the match. These two work well together. The ending of the match did shock me as I truly thought Axel was going to get the win due to momentum of the last few weeks, but in the end Titus O’Neil came away with the victory after hitting the always devastating Clash of the Titus.

This week’s highlights of RAW was the last time Goldberg and Brock Lesnar will be in the ring together until their big match at Survivor Series. Both Goldberg pushed some security guards around to get to each other but Lesnar walked away. They meet head to head at Survivor Series.
Next up we saw a six man tag team match from RAW. The New Day took on Team Raw members Seth Rollins, Chris Jericho and Braun Strowman. Team RAW got the win after Strowman hit the running power slam on Woods. However, after the match Jericho and Rollins started arguing which led to Rollins hitting Jericho with the pedigree.
Match 2-Darren Young Vs Jinder Mahal.
This week’s Superstars main event saw Darren Young taking on Jinder Mahal. These two have faced off multiple times over the last few weeks and its made me realize something: I miss Zack Ryder and Stardust.
These two had a decent match but after so many matches, I wonder how much more they can do. Like our opening match, the ending of this match was shocking as Jinder Mahal beat Darren Young with a neck breaker. If I am correct, this is possibly Mahal’s first win on Superstars since his return a few months back. Mahal finally gets a win.

To close the show, we got a video package highlighting Team Smackdown coming to RAW this past week to confront team RAW. This, of course, led to a huge brawl. The huge brawl ultimately saw Team RAW forcing Team Smackdown to retreat. Good segment.
Closing Thoughts
This was a decent episode of Superstars. With two upsets, or at least what I consider to be upsets, it was a decent show. Not great, but there’s definitely worse episodes of Superstars. Overall this episode is worth checking out.
