During the last set of NXT tapings, WWE taped two qualifying matches for the upcoming Mae Young Classic. It was assumed that these matches would appear on regular NXT TV. However, it now seems that the contest are being utilised as Youtube exclusives, as a way to build hype for the 32-woman tournament.
Today’s bout features Bianca Belair vs Aliyah. Belair is a fresh face still training at the Performance Centre, while Aliyah actually makes semi-regular NXT appearances as part of the brand’s women’s division. You can watch the match in the embedded player below.
