Vengeance Day 2023 is set to air on WWE Network and Peacock this Saturday. More specifically, the special will air on Saturday, February 4th, 2023. The event is scheduled to begin at 8 PM EST with a Kickoff show beginning at 7 PM EST and it’ll feature top stars from the NXT brand. Bron Breakker will defend the NXT Championship inside a steel cage, Roxanne Perez will defend her NXT Women’s Championship, and more.

Weeks of insults, fights, and bad blood finally culminate in the NXT Championship being on the line inside a Steel Cage with Bron Breakker defending the title against Grayson Waller.
The brash Waller has gotten under the champion’s skin with his insults at both Breakker and his notable family being a sore spot. On top of that, Waller has not shied away from the physicality, attacking Breakker at both the Performance Center as well as live on NXT.
The Steel Cage adds a much-needed element as their previous championship match at New Year’s Evil ended in controversial fashion as Waller was counted out after the ropes broke which sent him tumbling to the outside.

Since arriving in NXT and defeating Pretty Deadly for the NXT Tag Team Championships, The New Day have challenged the tag teams in NXT to step up their game and their wish has been granted.
Pretty Deadly demanded their rematch for the titles, but Gallus won a Tag Team Gauntlet Match at New Year’s Evil and Andre Chase & Duke Hudson won The New Day Invitational to earn spots into the match.

Fallon Henley & Kiana James have not seen eye to eye in recent months with James threatening Henley’s livelihood by attempting to buy her family bar. In recent weeks, James has shown a change of heart due to her infatuation with Henley’s friend, Brooks Jensen.

The first title defense for Roxanne Perez will be one of the most difficult challenges in her entire career to date.
Both Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne won the No. 1 Contender Women’s Battle Royal at New Year’s Evil and now Toxic Attraction is looking to dethrone Perez and rule over all of NXT as a pair.
In the weeks leading up to the match, it seemed Dolin & Jayne were at odds with their desire to become champion trumping their partnership, but it was all a ruse in order to trick Perez and now the united pair is ready for a fight.

The NXT North American Championship is on the line as Wes Lee defends his title against the dangerous Dijak.
Since returning to NXT, Dijak has been laying waste to everybody in his sights including Tony D’Angelo & The Family, delivering his own form of hard justice in the process.
Full of heart and passion, Wes Lee did not back down and agreed to defend the North American Championship against Dijak to prove that he’s a worthy competitor.

Crews and Hayes both know that just one match alone won’t prove anything, so they agreed to a 2 out of 3 Falls Match to determine who’s the better man.
