As 2024 is slowly dwindling down and the WWE main roster already has their last PLE announced for the year in Survivor Series later this month and an SNME TV/Peacock special in December, the December PLE spot is up to NXT to fill like it did for the last two years.
NXT General Manager Ava announced yesterday during NXT in the 2300 Arena that NXT Deadline will be NXT’s next Premium Live Event. The event will be held at the Minneapolis Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota and will happen on December 7th, returning the NXT PLE spot to Saturday as most of this year’s NXT PLE events have been held on Sunday. Just like the previous Deadline PLE’s, there will be two Iron Survivor Challenge matches to decide the next number one contender for the NXT Men’s and Women’s Championships.
The show will air at 7 PM EST/12 AM GMT on Peacock in the US. Curiously enough, the WWE Network has not been mentioned in the below news release, however, it can be assumed that NXT Deadline will air on the WWE Network on the same time slot as Peacock as the Netflix deal won’t fully launch until January and NXT PLE’s haven’t been used to test the Netflix infrastructure out overseas. If NXT Deadline doesn’t air on WWE Network internationally, we will update you when we know. Until that happens, it’s safe to say that NXT Deadline will be the last PLE on the WWE Network overall.

November 7, 2024 – WWE in partnership with Minnesota Sports and Events (MNSE) today announced that Minneapolis will host Deadline® on Saturday, December 7 at The Armory.
Tickets for the NXT Premium Live Event go on sale Wednesday, November 13 at 10am CT/8am PT via Ticketmaster.com. Fans can purchase tickets during an exclusive pre-sale by visiting Ticketmaster.com and using the code NXTLIVE starting Tuesday, November 12 at 10am CT/8am PT until 11:59pm CT / 9:59pm PT.
For the third consecutive year, Deadline will feature the Men’s and Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge with the winners earning earn a future match for the NXT Championship and NXT Women’s Championship. In addition, the premium live event will feature the biggest Superstars from NXT in action including NXT Champion Trick Williams, NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez, NXT North American Champion Tony D’Angelo, NXT Women’s North American Champion Fallon Henley, Je’Von Evans, Kelani Jordan, Ethan Page, Lola Vice and more.
Deadline will stream live in the U.S. exclusively on Peacock starting at 7pm ET/4 pm PT.
