WWE Raw is the company’s true flagship weekly programme that has persevered uninterrupted on television for an astronomical 32 years. But now, it is taking perhaps the boldest step in its entire storied history. From January 6th, 2025, Raw will become the exclusive global live property of Netflix for the foreseeable future. Because of this game-changing shift in WWE’s presentation, we here at WWE Netflix News are now able to cover the “A show” as a streaming first-run programme. Just as we did for every live event that the fading WWE Network offered for a decade and onwards on Netflix. - LWO’s Rey Mysterio defeated New Day’s Kofi Kingston by pinfall after a SOS reversal.
- SmackDown’s Nia Jax defeated Bayley by pinfall after an Annihilator.
- Penta defeated Pete Dunne by pinfall after a Penta Driver.
- Damage CTRL’s Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky defeated PFC’s Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark by pinfall after a Over the Moonsault.
- WrestleMania Rematch: Seth “Freakin’” Rollins defeated Drew McIntyre by pinfall after a jackknife pin.

- Before the show started, Bayley was traded to Raw.
- Ivy Nile vs Natalya and Akira Tozawa vs JD McDonagh were taped for Main Event on Peacock
- Wade Barrett replaced Pat McAfee for this episode due to commitments with ESPN.
- SmackDown’s Nia Jax attacked Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley at the parking lot.
- Jey Uso received a huge reaction as he entered the arena; however, Gunther interrupted Jey’s promo, mocking him and declaring he would expose Jey’s lack of authenticity before attacking, but Jey countered with a superkick, showcasing the title and energizing the crowd.
- New Day attempted to bribe JBL into sticking up for them during commentary of Kofi’s match with Rey Mysterio, but put Big E over as a reply instead.
- Bayley announced herself for the Royal Rumble.
- Xavier Woods got ejected from ringside during Kofi vs Rey.
- New Day attacked Rey after his win before Joaquin Wilde and Cruz de Toro saved Rey. Before they left, New Day attacked Joaquin for good measure.
- Chad Gable announced he will ask Dominik Mysterio for help against luchadores.
- Karrion Kross got interviewed about what’s next for him after Wyatt Sicks went to SmackDown.
- Sami Zayn announced his entry into the Royal Rumble, reflecting on his journey as a wrestler and expressing his desire to win the world title, emphasizing that while he doesn’t need it to feel complete, his 14-year-old self still wants it; SmackDown’s Kevin Owens then interrupted, offering support and suggesting they could face each other for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania if Zayn wins the Rumble.
- Sheamus got interviewed about his IC Championship shot at SNME. He then faced off with Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker.
- Ludwig Kaiser got interviewed about the IC Championship scene.
- NXT’s Roxanne Perez was shown in the crowd. She got carried out of the crowd by security after an attempt to slap Bayley.
- Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley attacked Nia after her win and challenged her for SNME.
- Dominik Mysterio gave Chad Gable a card to contact for someone that can help him with his lucha problem. He then proposed to JD to replace Finn for his World Tag Title rematch next week.
- Pete Dunne cut a promo about people chanting his deadname before his match with Penta during the break.
- CM Punk made an entrance similar to Jey Uso, engaging with fans and discussing his aspirations for the Rumble, emphasizing his history-making achievements and confidence in defeating any competitor, including dismissing threats from John Cena, Roman Reigns, and Sami Zayn, while asserting that only he would emerge victorious.
- World Tag Team Champions War Raiders got interviewed about their title reign.
- Drew attacked Seth after the match and attempted to boot him to the ring post until Sami Zayn ran out to save Seth. However, he mistakenly gave Seth a Helluva Kick, with Drew leaving the ring as Raw closed out.
- Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes defeated Carmelo Hayes to retain his title in the post-show dark match.
