Since Netflix announced plans to move PLEs (PPVs) from the international WWE Network towards their own service, not every classic event went with the switchover on January 1st. However, the next step in building the PLE library on Netflix now has a concise date.
On February 7th, 2025 the following classic Premium Live Events will be available on Netflix in most countries worldwide:
- WWE Payback (2023 edition is available now)
- WWE Stomping Grounds
- WWE Great American Bash
- WWE Armageddon
- WWE Vengeance
- WWE Insurrextion
- WWE Night of Champions
“Stomping Grounds” will be the 2019 event, the only one ever held. Netflix only has the 2023 edition of “Payback” so far and this event dates back to 2013. WWE’s “Great American Bash” ran between 2004 and 2009 (with its 2009 rebranded “The Bash” already on Netflix). For the rest – “Armageddon” (1999–2008), “Vengeance” (2001–2011), “Insurrextion” (2000–2003), and “Night of Champions” (2008–2023) – none of these shows have been added yet.
Not every WWE PLE listing that’s currently findable on Netflix will be available on that date, as some – such as One Night Stand and Unforgiven – are scheduled for March instead. To reiterate, this applies to most countries worldwide outside of the United States where the international WWE Network consolidated into Netflix thanks to the current deal.
