WWE Raw is the company’s true flagship weekly programme that has persevered uninterrupted on television for an astronomical 32 years. But now, it is taking perhaps the boldest step in its entire storied history. From January 6th, 2025, Raw will become the exclusive global live property of Netflix for the foreseeable future. Because of this game-changing shift in WWE’s presentation, we here at WWE Netflix News are now able to cover the “A show” as a streaming first-run programme. Just as we did for every live event that the fading WWE Network offered for a decade and onwards on Netflix. We look forward to bringing you the results and major happenings of Raw at a time when its importance and potential for surprises has never been higher.

Below are the latest WWE Raw results for 01/27/25:
- World Tag Team Championship: War Raiders (c) defeated Judgement Day’s Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh by pinfall after a War Machine to retain.
- LWO’s Rey Mysterio defeated New Day’s Xavier Woods by pinfall after a 619 and slingshot body splash chain.
- Judgement Day’s Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defeated WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Naomi by pinfall after an apron Tejana Bomb.
- Drew McIntyre defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall after a Helluva Kick reversal into school boy.
Other notes relevant to WWE Raw for 01/27/25:
- Isla Dawn vs Natalya and Ludwig Kaiser vs R-Truth was taped for Main Event.
- Seth Rollins expressed his excitement for WrestleMania season after winning the Royal Rumble, reflecting on a tough start to 2025 with a significant loss. He aimed to defeat notable competitors like John Cena and Roman Reigns, with aspirations to reclaim the World Heavyweight title, while Gunther challenged him, claiming to be the best in the company, and Logan Paul announced his entry into the Rumble, provoking a mixed crowd reaction.
- CM Punk was interviewed and dismissed Logan Paul, and focused on winning the Rumble. Sami Zayn confronted Punk about their previous comments, asserting his status as a WrestleMania main-eventer, while Karrion Kross advised Zayn to heed Kevin Owens, and Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes unexpectedly appeared, surprising Zayn before he left.
- A-Town Down made their Raw debut at an interview during the US break.
- Carlito attempted to interfere during the Tag Title match but didn’t help in JD winning the titles.
- Ludwig Kaiser sought to ally with Pete Dunne backstage, but they were interrupted by New Day, who also dismissed the interaction; later, during an interview, Kofi Kingston humorously claimed that Xavier Woods was Atlanta’s favorite son, vowing to defeat Rey Mysterio in front of his family, who he expected to arrive soon.
- New Day cut a heel promo entrance during a break and ran down Atlanta.
- Zelina Vega has been traded to SmackDown.
- Seth forgave Sami for the accidental kick last week.
- Jey Uso entered with Quavo from the crowd and cut a promo about entering himself in the Royal Rumble match.
- WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria expressed her readiness to defend her title and announced her entry into the Rumble match during an interview, but was interrupted by Chad Gable, who claimed Ivy Nile would win the belt; despite Nile’s confrontation, Valkyria dismissed the threat, while Gable criticized Otis and Akira Tozawa for their TikTok dancing.
- Paul Heyman announced Roman Reigns as the cover star for WWE 2K25, declaring Reigns would face 29 challengers at the Rumble. Drew McIntyre then confronted Heyman, claiming responsibility for Heyman’s success and asserting he would target CM Punk, leaving Heyman visibly unsettled as he departed.
- Drew attacked Sami after his win until Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes came in to save Sami. Kevin Owens came in to attack the champion, with Drew joining in until both dodged Sami’s Helluva Kick, which accidentally went to Cody.
- Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes addressed his hometown fans, emphasizing that being a champion is a mindset and the result of hard work, before CM Punk interrupted, expressing concern for Rhodes’ well-being; Punk reflected on the burdens of championship status, warning Rhodes of the loneliness and challenges ahead, ultimately revealing he intended to win the Rumble and challenge Rhodes, leading to a poignant exchange about their past and competitive dynamics as the show ended.
