WWE Raw is the company’s true flagship weekly programme that has persevered uninterrupted on television for an astronomical 32 years. But now, it is taking perhaps the boldest step in its entire storied history. From January 6th, 2025, Raw will become the exclusive global live property of Netflix for the foreseeable future. Because of this game-changing shift in WWE’s presentation, we here at WWE Netflix News are now able to cover the “A show” as a streaming first-run programme. Just as we did for every live event that the fading WWE Network offered for a decade and onwards on Netflix. We look forward to bringing you the results and major happenings of Raw at a time when its importance and potential for surprises has never been higher.

Below are the latest WWE Raw results for 05/12/25:
- Penta defeated Chad Gable by pinfall after a Mexican destroyer.
- Creed Brothers defeated War Raiders by pinfall with help of Kofi Kingston and after a Brutus Bomb.
- AJ Styles defeated Finn Balor by pinfall after a Phenomenal Forearm.
- Women’s World Champion IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley defeated NXT’s Giulia and Roxanne Perez by pinfall after a Riptide.
Other notes relevant to WrestleMania Raw for 05/12/25:
- A-Town Down Under vs LWO’s Cruz Del Toro/Joaquin Wilde and Karrion Kross vs Tyler Bate got taped for Main Event while Ivy Nile vs Maxxine Dupri got taped for Speed before the show went live.
- A tribute message for Sabu was shown before the signature. Later in the show, Cole talked about the ECW legend with a few pictures accompanying it.
- CM Punk opened Raw with a tribute to Sabu, expressing his anger towards Paul Heyman for past betrayals and Seth Rollins for his egotism, leading to a chaotic brawl involving Sami Zayn and Jey Uso as they attempted to even the odds against Rollins and Bron Breakker.
- Michael Cole called the opening segment alone with Pat McAfee returning to the commentary table right before the first match.
- NXT’s Roxanne Perez and Giulia did a pretape promo to introduce themselves.
- Finn assured IC Champion Dom that he’ll take care of Styles.
- World Tag Team Champions New Day seated themselves for Creed Brothers vs War Raiders
- Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins vs CM Punk and Sami Zayn got announced for SNME on May 24th. The latter team talked their trust issues out after the announcement
- Seth whispered some advice in Bron’s ear backstage.
- During a break, Austin Theory announced Grayson Waller will face Sheamus next week.
- World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso received a huge reaction from the crowd, addressing Logan Paul’s claims about his championship status and asserting his dominance as the “arena shaker,” while Gunther interrupted to challenge Jey’s legitimacy as champion and announced a title match for June 9th, hoping to face Jey and prove him wrong.
- GM Adam Pearce made the future title match between New Day vs Creed Brothers a triple threat, inserting War Raiders die to the champions’ shenanigans during the second match.
- Bron attacked World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso backstage.
- Penta attacked JD members at ringside during the end of Balor vs Styles.
- Becky Lynch declared she was not defeated at Backlash, emphasizing her resilience and the manipulation she felt from both Valkyria and the fans, while vowing to embrace her new, unapologetic persona as she prepares to reclaim her dominance in the ring.
- Akira Tozawa asked Pearce to face Rusev but he wasn’t medically cleared. Sheamus came in and asked the GM to face Waller next week, which was made official.
- MITB qualifying matches will start on SmackDown this Friday.
