WWE’s next Premium Live Event will be Money in the Bank. This is one of WWE’s bigger PLE’s featuring two six-person men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder match where each winner gets a World Championship match contract for up to a year. outside of thise matches, Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso team up to face Logan Paul and Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and Lyra Valkyria defends her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Becky Lynch in a Backlash rematch. Below are the Countdown to WWE Money in the Bank 2025 notes and results for 06/07/25:
- Big E, Wade Barrett, Pat McAfee and Michael Cole hosted the panel from outside of the arena.
- Cathy Kelley did a sit-down interview with Women’s IC Champion Lyra Valkyria about her relationship with Lynch leading up to tonight’s match.
- WWE acknowledged DreamCenter and Windows, Orphans and Disabled Firefighter’s Fund as Community Champions for their help to the people affected by the California wildfires. LA Knight gave the people involved in the charity a WWE Championship replica belt.
- Pete Rosenberg and Vic Joseph took pre show duties over in the last 30 minutes from inside the arena in the last 30 minutes with Big E joining in later.
- Byron Saxton interviewed fans at the Cricket Fanzone.
- Cathy Kelley talked about the quality of the ladders.
- Victor Solomon sang the US Anthem at the end of the Countdown.

- Women’s Money in the Bank ladder: Naomi defeated Alexa Bliss, Rhea Ripley, Roxanne Perez, Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia.
- WWE Intercontinental Championship: Dominik Mysterio (c) defeated AAA’s Octagon Jr. by pinfall after a 619/frog splash combo to retain.
- WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Becky Lynch defeated Lyra Valkyria (c) by pinfall after a roll-up reversal to become the new champion.
- Men’s Money in the Bank ladder: Seth Rollins defeated LA Knight, El Grande Americano, Solo Sikoa, Penta and Andrade.
- Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso defeated Logan Paul and Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena by pinfall after a Cross Rhodes.

- Lyra shook hands and posed with her as she lost. After she put the belt around Becky’s waist, she attacked her out of revenge.
- Bron and Bronson came in to interfere and clear the path for Rollins to win,but got thwarted by US Champion Jacob Fatu and JC Mateo. Fatu refused to help Solo actually win and attack him.
- WrestleMania 42 will return to Las Vegas and happen on April 18th and 19th.
- R-Truth attacked John Cena at the end of the main event.
