WWE Raw is the company’s true flagship weekly programme that has persevered uninterrupted on television for an astronomical 32 years. But now, it is taking perhaps the boldest step in its entire storied history. From January 6th, 2025, Raw will become the exclusive global live property of Netflix for the foreseeable future. Because of this game-changing shift in WWE’s presentation, we here at WWE Netflix News are now able to cover the “A show” as a streaming first-run programme. Just as we did for every live event that the fading WWE Network offered for a decade and onwards on Netflix. We look forward to bringing you the results and major happenings of Raw at a time when its importance and potential for surprises has never been higher.

Below are the latest WWE Raw results for 06/16/25:
- Queen of the Ring First Round: Asuka defeated WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Raquel Rodriguez, Ivy Nile and Stephanie Vaquer by pinfall after a running hip attack to advance.
- AJ Styles defeated JD McDonagh by pinfall after a Styles Clash.
- Kairi Sane defeated WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Liv Morgan by referee stoppage due to a shoot injury (Liv dislocated her shoulder).
- King of the Ring First Round: Jey Uso defeated Bronson Reed, Sheamus and Rusev by pinfall after a Uso Splash to advance.
Other notes relevant to WWE Raw for 06/16/25:
- Cruz del Toro vs Karrion Kross got taped for Main Event before the show went live.
- NXT’s Corey Graves substituted for Pat McAfee as he’s still on break.
- WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Liv Morgan and WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio kicked Raw off, as Morgan proclaimed it was “Monday Night Morgan,” but tensions rose when she mocked Nikki Bella and claimed no one paved the way for her; Iyo Sky interrupted, challenging Morgan’s disrespect and asserting she needed to earn a title shot, leading to a confrontation where Sky dropkicked Morgan out of the ring after briefly handing over her belt.
- Rhea Ripley returned and attacked Raquel during the QOTR match.
- Dom told Finn Balor to stay at the JD Clubhouse instead of accompanying JD for his match with AJ Styles as he will accompany JD. Finn, after Dom and JD left, went with Roxanne to devise a plan.
- World Heavyweight Champion Gunther made a grand entrance with fireworks, acknowledging Jey Uso as the better man at WrestleMania for one night, while asserting his dominance on other nights; he dismissed rumors about facing Goldberg, who then confronted him, challenging Gunther to a title match at Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 12, leaving Gunther visibly unsettled as the match was officially announced.
- Cash App sponsored AJ Styles vs JD McDonagh.
- Dom attempted to attack Styles, but got reversed and saved by Balor before Styles could hit his finisher. He escaped a JD group attack while stealing the Intercontinental Championship belt.
- Bayley made her return, expressing her joy to be back and reflecting on her passion for performing, while addressing her rivalry with Becky Lynch, who entered wearing Chicago Bears gear; after a heated exchange about their legacies and opportunities, Bayley challenged Lynch to a match, which Lynch accepted but not for the title, leading to a brief confrontation where Bayley knocked Lynch down as she attempted a cheap shot.
- Substitute GM Nick Aldis made Dominik Mysteerio vs AJ Styles for the WWE IC Championship at Night of Champions and Bayley vs Becky for the Women’s IC Title next week. Lyra told Bayley she’ll go for her if she wins the title.
- Sami Zayn was interrupted during a backstage interview by Karrion Kross, who criticized Zayn for his repeated failures. Zayn called Kross a coward for hiding and challenged him to back up his words after the KOTR, to which Kross agreed.
- Bron Breakker, Penta, Sami Zayn and LA Knight interfered in the main event.
- Cody Rhodes and Jey shook hands after he fended Seth Rollins off to end the show.
