NXT’s latest big event aired today when they presented their latest show, WWE No Mercy 2025. This event is NXT’s post-summer PLE and features the first defense of the WWE Women’s Speed Championship alongside the NXT Championship, NXT North American Championship and NXT Women’s Championship. WWE No Mercy 2025 Results
Below are the Countdown to WWE No Mercy 2025 notes and results for 09/27/25:
- Megan Morant and Sam Roberts host the Countdown from WWE HQ.
- Ava will address the TNA invasion from last NXT’s episode at the main show and the hosts addressed Kelani Jordan winning the TNA Knockouts World Championship.
- Blake Howard had a sit-down interview with Tavion Heights regarding his NXT North American Championship shot.
- Vic Joseph did a sit-down interview with Lainey Reid about her WWE Speed Championship match. However, at the end of the broadcast, Shawn Michaels announced that Reid is injured and that a mystery superstar will replace her.
Below are the WWE No Mercy 2025 results for 09/27/25:
- Je’Von Evans defeated Josh Briggs by pinfall after a super springboard cutter.
- WWE Women’s Speed Championship: Sol Ruca (c) defeated Jaida Parker by pinfall after a Sol Snatcher to retain.
- Weaponized Steel Cage: Jordynne Grace defeated Blake Monroe by pinfall after an Air Raid Crash from the cell roof.
- NXT North American Championship: Ethan Page (c) defeated Tavion Heights by pinfall after a Twisted Grin to retain.
- NXT Women’s Championship: Jacy Jayne (c) defeated Lola Vice by pinfall after a Rolling Encore to retain.
- NXT Championship: Ricky Saints defeated Oba Femi (c) by pinfall after a tornado DDT to become the new champion.
Below are other relevant notes pertaining to WWE No Mercy 2025 for 09/27/25:
- This is the first time the WWE Women’s Speed Championship got defended on a Premium Live Event (or actually outside of the now-defunct WWE Speed broadcasts on X in the first place).
- Lash Legend attempted to interfere in the Speed Championship match, but got speared by Zaria instead of being able to attack Jaida.
- NXT GM Ava announced NXT/TNA Invasion for October 7th, with a Men’s and Women’s Survivor Series style match and the NXT/TNA World Tag Team Championships being defended against each other.
- Lash Legend announced that she wants to lead Team NXT and got attacked by Jaida Parker right afterwards.
- Lainey Reid got interviewed about missing the Speed title match and got sympathy from Lola, but Reid rejected her sympathy.
- AAA Latin American Champion El Hijo del Dr Wagner Jr. interrupted Page’s victory to state to challenge him.
- Myles Borne said he wants to fight alongside NXT to defend the brand at Invasion at an interview.
- Fallon Henley got ejected from ringside during the Women’s Title match. A hooded person attacked Lola at ringside behind the referee’s back to help Jacy retain.
- Multiple TNA wrestlers’ reactions to InVasion were broadcast.
