While we’re slowly, but surely, leaving 2025 with our last PLE’s and specials, WWE is hard at work to fill up the start of 2026. As the Royal Rumble is moving to Saudi Arabia this January, this leaves room for one more domestic Premium Live Event.
WWE announced Elimination Chamber 2026 for February 28th to air live from the United Center in Chicago Illinois. This will be the first Elimination Chamber event to take place back in the United States since 2021 and is the first WWE PLE in the United Center since SummerSlam 1994 (a good 31 years).
This event, like most PLE’s, will air live on ESPN’s Unlimited service in the United States and Netflix in most countries in the world (not to forget, Abema in Japan and the legacy WWE Network in countries still tied to old-school TV deals such as Germany). This event will likely air on 7 PM EST/12 AM GMT with a Countdown to show at 5 PM EST/10 PM GMT and of course a Post-Show after the main PLE ends. Seeing as this non-Big 4 PLE happens in the United States, don’t count on a Kickoff special happening on the Friday before, although some sources are alluding to the SmackDown episode before EC going to Chicago. We will keep all of you in the know on this site when we know more, plus keep an eye on the Upcoming Events page to see which matches will take place on the event.

November 13, 2025 – WWE, in partnership with Choose Chicago, the city’s official destination marketing organization, today announced that it will return to the United Center in Chicago, the largest indoor arena in the United States, for Elimination Chamber on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
This marks the first WWE Premium Live Event to be held at the United Center in more than three decades. In August 1994, SummerSlam® made history as the first sports event to open the iconic venue. Elimination Chamber 2026 builds on Chicago’s rich history of hosting WWE events, including WrestleMania®, Survivor Series®, Money In The Bank®, Backlash® and more.
