NXT’s latest big event aired today when they presented their latest show, NXT Vengeance Day 2026. This event is NXT’s first Premium Live Event of the year and features two championship matches, including Joe Hendry defending his NXT Championship against Ricky Saints and Women’s North American Champion Izzi Dame defending against Tatum Paxley as they’ve been in a feud for a couple of months. Other special grudge matches are planned for this PLE as well, with Lola Vice vs Kelani Jordan in an Underground match, a Street Fight between Blake Monroe and Jaida Parker and Dion Lennox facing the returning Tony D’Angelo. - Megan Morant and Sam Roberts hosted the Countdown show from WWE HQ.
- Blake Monroe had a sit-down interview about her street fight.
- Kelani Jordan and Lola Vice had sit-down interviews about their Underground match.

- Street Fight: Blake Monroe defeated Jaida Parker by pinfall after a Butterfly DDT on diamonds.
- Tony D’Angelo defeated DarkState’s Dion Lennox by pinfall after a spinebuster.
- NXT Women’s North American Championship: Tatum Paxley defeated Izzi Dame (c) by pinfall after a Cemetery Drive to become the new champion.
- Underground: Lola Vice defeated Kelani Jordan by TKO.
- NXT Championship: Joe Hendry (c) defeated Ricky Saints by pinfall after a Standing Ovation to retain.
Below are other relevant notes pertaining to NXT Vengeance Day 2026 for 03/07/26:
- This is the full-stop last Premium Live Event to air on Peacock in the United States and the Legacy WWE Network in Germany and Austria. NXT PLE’s will leave Peacock on March 15th with no indication, rumor or announcement as of the beginning of the PLE. For Germany/Austria, WWE Network will sunset on April 1st and PLE’s move to Netflix while the TV shows will remain airing on ProSiebenMaxx and Joyn for the foreseeable future.
- Sean Legacy defeated Evolve’s Tate Wilder in the dark match.
- Dion Lennox was seen awaiting Tony in the parking lot. The match unofficially started there and spilled to the PC to officially start.
- Jaida Parker debuted a new theme.
- Ethan Page and Ricky Saints almost argued backstage due to Page not helping Saints out, but got to an understanding.
- OTM declared war on DarkState as they need to get through them to get the NXT Tag Team Championship.
- Interim GM Robert Stone set up a triple threat match for the NXT Women’s Championship between champion Jacy Jayne, Zaria and Sol Ruca on 3/17 after a heated in-ring segment where Jayne bragged about her reign and the others demanded a title opportunity.
- Birthright tried to recruit Charlie Dempsey but got rejected. Instead, he will team with Tavion Heights in a NQCC revival against Uriah and Lexis on Tuesday.
- NXT Stand and Deliver will air on Peacock in the United States.
- Ethan Page got involved in the NXT Championship match and slid the championship belt into the ring. He didn’t just give the belt to Ricky and despite everything, Hendry still retained.
